1. You can't actually directly edit the Main Menu block. The closest you can do is create a Custom Block that mimics the look of it.
2. This one seems like it might be a good one to report in the Bug Tracker and see what Blitze says.

1, How can i edit the "Main Menu" block
I've tried making a new menu but i can't get it to look like the default "Main Menu"
2, when creating links to other folder it automatically converts the path to Lowercase breaking the url?

... either. I tried to use the [size] BBcode inside the RSS Display Template but it didn't work. Great minds think alike, I tried that first :D Questions...Questions Is there any way to make the links open a new window, would the [External =] BBCode work ?

The usual questions come into play... did you purge the cache before running the install? And you said you "visited cms_install.php", yet the install is done via pointing to the install folder itself...
